Female partners reported pregnancy every eight weeks for up to 12 months. Fecundability models adjusted for male and female age and BMI, race, education, income, male activity, smoking, sleep, work hours, sexually transmitted infection history, sugary drinks, and intercourse frequency. Occupation type and true radiofrequency exposure remained potential confounders. Semen analyses used 341 North American men at first sample and 95 Danish samples, including repeat samples for some participants. Funding was NIH R03HD090315. Sandstone Diagnostics provided semen-testing kits, Swiss Precision Diagnostics provided home pregnancy tests, and Kindara and FertilityFriend provided fertility-app access in kind.
